3. Pricing and Payment
Pricing may vary based on distance, vehicle type, service time, waiting time, tolls, parking, additional stops, route changes, and other trip-related factors.
Payments are generally processed 5–7 days before service or as otherwise authorized.

4. Cancellations, Refunds and Changes
Cancellations, refunds, reservation changes, and no-shows are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy and the applicable Reservation Agreement.
Cancellation requirements may vary for special events, holidays, high-demand dates, or special reservations, and different terms may be communicated with the reservation.
5. Waiting Time and Delays
Complimentary waiting periods and additional waiting charges vary depending on the pickup type and vehicle and are stated in the applicable Reservation Agreement.
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, airport congestion, road closures, mechanical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6. Passenger Conduct
Passengers must behave safely, respectfully, and lawfully. We may refuse or terminate service for dangerous, abusive, unlawful, or disruptive conduct.
Passengers are responsible for vehicle damage or excessive cleaning caused during service, and applicable charges may be assessed.
7. Vehicle Use
Passenger and luggage limits must be respected based on the vehicle reserved.
Smoking, illegal substances, dangerous items, and prohibited activities are not permitted.
A comparable vehicle may be substituted when necessary due to availability or operational circumstances.
